		<description>Last I checked Manhattan has two-hundred nineteen streets on the grid above downtown. Most of which had recently been developed just prior to 1936. I&#039;m wondering if this Sper fellow had ever been to The City. Maybe what&#039;s not mentioned in the article is a large basin above 125 for water skiing fol-lie. Or possibly mr. sper is just racist and chose not to acknowledge Harlem. Sure the plan is doable if you don&#039;t consider that Manhattan would then be connected to newjersey, which would lower property values considerably. eww...connected to newjersey. I shudder to think.</description>
