He was no count and he was certainly no archeologist, as he claims.The Royal Geographical Society kicked him out as a fellow in 1932. His final denuément comes from Werner Nöther in 'the exporation of the Sahara by motor car 1901- 1936 (Belleville,Munich, 2003) who shows beyond doubt that Kuhn had a vivid imagination and was given to gross exaggeration.
