After all, milk (or lactose) is brushed on spit roasted chickens and also on bread,pastry and other food to make it go brown! Personally, I use COCONUT OIL to develop a tan. You fry nicely, but dont burn or scorch, as long as my body is regularly basted. Also, it is relatively cheap, and smells nice! Happy Chinese New year. Sounds feasible.
