		<description>In theory, you could ballast and add flotation foam in the body, add a small motor/thruster array, and keep some canned air and you could have a good sub. if something heads south, just dump ballast and bob up like a cork.</description>

		<description>Common sence would have you make sure it was safe before submerging. But I would have an escape air bottle handy for the unexpected. I like the simplicity of the design. This is for people who survived the horrors of riding a bike with out a helmet. The same people who skateboarded with out 100 knee and arm pads and a crash helmet rated for 200 mph. Not for the modern &quot;safety overload&quot; generation.</description>
