The "Imperial" gallon is 160 ounces, so an Imperial quart is 40 oz and a pint is 20 oz. (Those are fluid measures but a fluid ounce of water weighs very close to an ounce of weight.) US Pints, being older than Imperial pints, are 16 oz. Of course, the UK (and Canada and most of the Commonwealth) are metric now, so Imperial gallons aren't as common as they once were.
