Notice that the 1940′s advertisement does not mention that stamps will be accompany as approvals and that they must be returned if not paid for. The Federal Trade Commission recently ruled on Mystic regarding this:

Not very much- Ebay has 190 items under the search “Hitler Stamps” http://search.ebay.com/search/.....;category0=
and even the uncirculated ones are only worth a couple of bucks.
Millions of stamps were produced between 1933 and 1945 and many were ‘recovered’ by souvenir-hungry GIs at war’s end.
