They are right, you know. Teeth do require lots of daily exercise. I take my teeth out for a brisk jog every morning, then a few laps around the pool, followed by some peaceful Pilates stretching. Oh, it’s hard to get them in and out of my jaw, but it’s worth every bit of pain to know my teeth are healthy.

of course, everyone knows that forcing sugary saliva between your teeth via prolonged chewing action preserves teeth like nothing else…
