Things were pretty weird before closed circuit TV.

Telescopes and Mirror
give many eyes a close-up view of a delicate cataract operation which heretofore could be observed by only one or two. It happened in Doctors’ Hospital, L. A.

  1. I don’t know why, but I can’t stop laughing at that picture. It just cracks me up. Maybe it’s the helpful dotted lines and arrow telling the reader where the doctors are looking. So, you know, you won’t think they’re looking for shooting stars or anything like that.
