A couple of PLATO enthusiasts who worked with the system back in the day (and later on) have actually set up a internet-accessible circa-1983 PLATO system, Cyber1, on a PC running a CDC Cyber emulator (DtCyber) running the original vintage PLATO-based software (CYBIS) &#38; some of its original courseware in turn.  The hardware is emulated, but the software is authentic, extracted to the emulator software from both original 9-track tapes and from an authentic Cyber machine (IIRC) maintained by a fellow with the FAA.
