Hair Raising Electric Chair
ONE of the features of a recent engineering show held in Portland, Oregon, was the electric chair shown here, in which a man was seated while an electric charge of 150,000 volts was passed through his body. The experience left the shockee with no ill effects, although the picture shows his hair to be standing on end; but even the prospect of such a shock would be enough to cause this.
I could use one of these in my front yard tonight for Halloween!
