		<description>I doubt that 20.000 ft cables are possible which re lightweight enough to be caried by such a baloon and withstad the tesnion of winds in such heights... Even if this would be possible nowasday whith all those planes around and a heavy weight ballon dangling on a 20.000 ft rope spells random fun for airplanes coming within 20.000 ft of this baloon thingie...</description>
