		<description>Wow? I dunno about wow but this was one of the first post-war campaigns for Series E Savings Bonds.  If you like at Money Market Accounts or even most CD's nowadays the 3% that "E" Bonds earned is still nothing to sneer at (not that you were sneering, Charlie).
