		<description>Raccoons have rebounded so well that they now inhabit areas that were never part of their original habitat. They&#039;ve just started to show up in Southern Alberta. I know of one person who thought she had caught a rat but it was a raccoon.

(There are no rats in Alberta; few people born here have seen one.)</description>

Somehow the raccoon population has rebounded.  

Sounds like this guy was selling raccoon-ranch futures.</description>
