Eat Me – Making Mac & Cheese Pancakes
Here’s a video from The New York Times of my dad making Mac and Cheese Pancakes. Not remotely relevant to the site but it’s cute and I felt like plugging his book.
Update: For some reason the you tube player was crashing PC IE. I have no idea what I could have done to cause that, but I’ve taken it out. If you want to see the movie, click here.
I’m going to try to post a few recipes later this week.

That man is an original…and now I have an overwhelming need for a stack of pancakes…perhaps not mac and cheese pancakes, though…
Bravo – he’s a helluva gentleman.

I swear, one of these days I’m going to make it up to New York and go to your dad’s restaurant. I just had flashbacks to watching “I Like Flies” on your couch a few New Year’s Eve’s ago.

Plus for dad are good! It’s great to get updates about the book and restaurant. Glad you’re settled in and getting back into the posting groove!

Your dad’s a real character. I especially like his line about “I don’t have to do a buncha coke to feel good…”

Too cool! You’re dad is wonderful and I think you are a chip off the ol’ block.

You can go off topic with him anytime you want to, and we’ll keep coming back for more. I haven’t been in New York for years, but I have a sudden urge to eat out!
