Water Golf Is Played From Rafts
THERE are no water hazards on a certain golf course in Pasadena, California—the entire course is laid out on the water. Caddies paddle the golfers about the course on tiny rafts. The holes are floating cups, anchored in position.
“Players were disappointed to realize that golf balls sink.”
It seems that it would be really easy to mess up your opponents score — whenever he takes a shot, accidentally fall in the pool, thus causing all sorts of waves and interference.
