CAMERA COP In Tokyo can take flashbulb picture of traffic violations (for use as evidence) by touching button on handlebar. Any 35mm camera can be used with the mechanism; no photo skill required.

  3. I wonder how many shots were needed to ensure a clear pic of the plate- the numbers would be easy enough, but Japanese plates have those *tiny* hirigana characters as part of the number. Making “Um…something..32-76″ stick in court would be a challenge,
