I remember the Burgess brand of batteries from when I was a kid. What ever happened to that company? Did they get bought out by someone, or did they just go out of business?

Burgess Batteries and Rayovac started out as the French Battery Company in Madison Wisconsin. They seperated in the 30’s with Burgess ending up becoming part of Honeywell.
