		<description>Owen Murphy advertised that his Cyclo massage units would restore blood circulation. When the FTC  tried to make him pull the ads he spent over 1 million dollars to develop Fairyland clinic where he hired Dr. Ed Connor to test his units on disabled children at no costs to the families. Thus, proving his claims.
