It’s very cool that you have these old articles posted on the internet. My father is Jerry Brofman, and I’m about the same age now as he was in that photograph. He just died one month ago. It’s exciting to see that every year there is more and more information about him coming online, and his significant role in the model airplane industry. Thanks!!!!

Odd, that this article doesn't mention the most famous example: William Levitt, who as a Lieutenant in the Seabees saw how to mass-produce construction projects, and returned home to create Levittown and American Suburbia As We Know It.
