		<description>horribly sexist BUT interesting. as a woman who&#039;s now working with a large group of men after 12 years working exclusively with women i must confess that i understand what was in the mind of the guy who wrote this article. despite all our social efforts to be seeing as equals, it&#039;s a shame to see my fellow females still bullying men for the sake of their hormones,for the sake of their migraines and painful feet,for the sake of the unequal share of domestic tasks ( unfair but accepted by them when they got married...). yes, women&#039;s image didn&#039;t change much in the last century, we achieved more, we are fighting to conquer equal salaries and respect but, oh gosh, we do bully people with our mood swings, let&#039;s admit it...</description>
