CAMERA COP (Dec, 1958)

CAMERA COP In Tokyo can take flashbulb picture of traffic violations (for use as evidence) by touching button on handlebar. Any 35mm camera can be used with the mechanism; no photo skill required.

    A Japanese man with a camera!

    Ironically, the image was caught by another Japanese man with a camera!

    I wonder how many shots were needed to ensure a clear pic of the plate- the numbers would be easy enough, but Japanese plates have those *tiny* hirigana characters as part of the number. Making “Um…something..32-76″ stick in court would be a challenge,
