Conte amphibian (Mar, 1980)
Conte amphibian
Twin stern propellers, powered by individual hydrostatic motors, push this $36,000 German Conte amphibian through the water. On land, its 114- or 135-hp V6 drives the back wheels instead of a marine pump. Maker: Herzog, 6239 Kriftel, Elizabethenstrasse 3, Germany.

Every few years some company comes out with an amphibious car but they never seem to stay afloat. (The companies, not the car, they’re just silly.)
Actualy the company still seems to exist, but they don’t seem to have a website.
