FIAT (Oct, 1961)

While it looks like a stereogram, I can assure you that staring at that logo will not make a sailboat appear. Of course, there never was a sailboat to begin with.

FIAT

The name FIAT requires no introduction wherever great commerce and trade go on in the world. Since 1899, it has steadily gained eminence as a symbol of engineering excellence and integrity on all continents and in most nations. The fabulous little Fiat automobile, born in the early 1930s, delivered so much value per dollar, per lire, per franc, per mark, per peso, peseta and pound that it became loved throughout the world, its use spread quickly to 120 different countries where

it opened the way for new achievements of Fiat’s fast-expanding factories-trucks, tractors, trams, buses, rail trains, marine diesels, and airplanes. Today Fiat is Italy’s largest industrial organization — a source of pride to country and company alike. On land, on sea, and in the air, discerning buyers look to Fiat for uncompromising standards and values – and look up to Fiat engineering for its continuing power to help Italy and the world progress.
