NOVEL LIP FORM JUST STAMPS ROUGE ON
Raquel Torres, the famous film star, is responsible for a new device for lip rouging. A wooden stamp, shaped to the form of the lips and covered with rouge, is pressed against the lips, thus stamping the rouge on. The stamp comes in various sizes, to fit the lips of small as well as large featured persons.

Lupe Velez will always be the Mexican Spitfire for me. IMDB lists her birth name as Paula http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0868799/bio ? Blurgle what was the source for your listing? I didn’t recognize her as Vera Marcal “the famous dancer” (and spy) from the Marx Brothers movie “Duck Soup”.
